How do you use the Back Vitalizer™? |

The Back Vitalizer™ is simple and straight forward to use.
All you need to do is follow these steps: |

Unroll the cushion so it flattens out.

Open and lubricate the valve with some vaseline.

Let in some air and close the valve.

Place the cushion, valve side down, on a seat.

Sit on the Back Vitalizer™ so that your buttocks line up to the back edge of the cushion and that you are not touching the backrest of the chair.
The first thing you may notice is that the pressure is taken off your sitting bones.
Gently move and you will feel the cushion respond and move with you.
- Experiment with how much air you have in the cushion.
More air leads to greater movement and greater stimulation of your balance centres while less air offers more stability. Find the level of inflation that suits your needs.
- When new to the Back Vitalizer™ regularly refresh your muscles by alternating sitting on it as a cushion with using it as a backrest.
CAUTION: when driving motor vehicles use the Back Vitalizer™ as a backrest. | |
