Who Are We

Stay In Touch Solutions Pty. Ltd. is the Australian manufacturer of the Back Vitalizer™ and is located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Dr Bruce Scott, an Australian Chiropractor, created this company. Dr Scott has been in private practise since 1984 and has a broad professional background having been a member of the Chiropractors Registration Board of Victoria, an independent consultant for WorkCover, a spokesperson for the Chiropractors Association of Australia, a Director on the Association’s executive and a member of the Program Advisory Committee for the School of Chiropractic at RMIT University in Melbourne.

Dr Scott helped develop the commercially successful and very popular Chiropak for school children. In 2006 he designed and created the equally successful and highly regarded Posturepole™ to assist people who had posture problems arising from holding a forward head posture. Dr Scott introduced the original Canadian Back Vitalizer cushion to Australia in 2008. He later redesigned the product and started Australian manufacture making the cushion better able to withstand the harsh Australian climate and conditions while also being more compact and portable.

These products; the Back Vitalizer™, Chiropak and Posturepole™, and Dr Scott’s ongoing postgraduate studies in rehabilitation methods, reflect his keen interest in finding and making available practical solutions for people to reduce their risk of injury and aid their own recovery.

Dr Bruce Scott has received many awards from his peers. These include the CAA Presidential Certificate of Appreciation in 1998, an Outstanding Service Award in 2001 and being awarded the Chiropractor of the Year for 2000.

The Back Vitalizer

Mr Conghua Li, the President and Director of the Canadian company Perspectis Inc, created and developed the original Canadian Back Vitalizer™.

Perspectis Inc, is a specialist manufacturer whose products include jet fighter survival kits for US Air Force and deep-sea diving bladders for the Norwegian Marine.

Mr Li’s original idea was to apply his company’s unique product knowledge and create a cushion so he could lie comfortably in a hot bath to soothe his sore back. The prototype was shown to health professionals who immediately recognized that Mr Li had in fact created a device that had far greater potential than he had first imagined.

They all agreed that this particular cushion was an extremely versatile therapeutic device that:

relieves the ache and discomfort of back or neck pain due to spinal compression or injury, provides exercise for spinal muscles and joints, stimulates the nervous system and those areas of the brain that monitor balance, posture and awareness of movement, and complements the health professional’s recommendations for care.

The final product came together after 24 months of intensive research and development sponsored by Canadian National Research Council and Canadian Innovation Center, in collaboration with many leading doctors, researchers and engineers.

The Back Vitalizer™ was selected as New Product Of The Year 2003 by Canadian National Exhibition, and is listed with US Food and Drug Administration and Health Canada.

Since the product’s launch the Back Vitalizer™ has been tested and proven by leading doctors in over 400 cities and towns in USA and Canada.

The company is incorporated in Ontario and located in the city of Toronto. As a member of Association of Ontario Medical Manufacturers and Toronto Board of Trade, they endeavour to actively contribute to society.
